Job description

General Doors
Auckland

We have just moved into a new home (built in 2018) and the front door (wooden, 2.25m high by 81cm wide and is heavy) is not sitting flush in the door frame. As per the photos, at the top left side of the door (above the hinges) there is a gap and at the top right of the door (above the door handle) the door leans against the frame. When the door opens out of the frame it moves a further couple of mm but swings freely and is still fully supported by the hinges. The movement appears to be at the top left hinge (there are 4 hinges in total), all the screws appear to be fully tight and the allan key fitting just spins but does not tighten further. This is not causing any issues at the moment but would like to get it fixed in case it gets worse.
