Front door locks & automatic closing

I'm wanting my front door to close automatically when you walk through (wanting this to be done the cheapest way with an attachment or something) this is to stop my dog getting out if someone leaves the door open. I'm also wanting an electrical entry pad so that my tenants don't get keys - so when they change over - I can just change the code on the door.
