Re-hanging & enlarging turning one pane into 2 at the bottom of the door

The French door alignment has changed recently. Seems to have dropped slightly. Difficulty in closing. Need a trady who knows about doors and is able to rehang. The second job we may get the same person to look at, is to turn the bottom two panes of the same French door into just one window pane, as we would like to put in a cat flap.
