Fix loosened front door handle
Job description
My tenants have allowed the front door handle to come loose and am not sure If the mechanism needs tightening or I need to replace the whole thing and I can't work out how to get the door handle apart to check

Efficient and communicated easily with what was wrong and gave me options for fixing it, was all complete on Saturday afternoon so I didn’t have to take time out of work and was done to an exceptional standard would use again
