"I wish I'd found this company 15 years ago! Three corded sash windows in my old bungalow stopped working — we used to prop them open with sticks or books in summer. This time I posted an ad, and they came the next day. In just 3 hours, they fixed a problem I'd lived with for 15 years! My wife asked why I waited so long — honestly, I thought no one still repaired windows like these. Now I open the window with one thumb and enjoy my coffee. Highly recommend!"
