Repair/Replace Fence Door

The top hinge of our fence door that leads to our backyard (accessed via a shared driveway) has broken off. The posts that secure the door to the also need to be repaired (or replaced - not sure) due to the cracking that is visible. Also, the latch that we use to lock the fence door often comes loose and we're keen to have a better option in place. Keen to get an idea of options and estimated costs for this to be fixed please.
