1) The handle is also a lock. It's old. One of the screws is broken. Needs repair. The door also requires the rubber on the door sides which has come off and the door does not slide easily. 2). The other ranch slider is jammed. Needs to be looked at and fixed 3). One window latch is broken. Needs replacement.
