Sash Windows require Repair

5 Bay Sash Windows require repair.

7/10 of the ropes are present and seem to run when you pull them.
The bottom windows open on 3/5 of the bays but none of the top windows open.
Top window in middle has had blockers installed outside as shown.

The window, left and right of centre have been nailed shut as can see where the two flat head nails are.

Keen to get the windows opened up as we are planning to paint this summer.
