2x2 window frame rot issue, wall replacement

Please see attached photos for window issue in need of fix. In the process of retrofit double glazing, we found significant rot in the bottom third of framing, the sill, and probably the joinery underneath. Likely the window need to be removed and refurbished. Cladding needs to be removed as well. Frame needs at least partial replacement. We have done some work on existing windows re double glazing so ideally we would not make that completely redundant through this fix.
