I have several sash windows that were installed in a villa renovation 22 years ago where a few are working but not holding the window open, one has a split casing, and some have the metal spiral loose where the spiral unwinds and protrudes from the window. Need to work out which ones can be rewound and fixed or otherwise need replacing with new spirals.

"Albie is expert in fixing and replacing spiral balance windows. He explained clearly what was required and although there was a delay with sourcing materials he completed the job in good time and at a high quality. I will contact him if we need work done in future."
