Demolition of garage, Removal of waste and secure site. Garage is on a slope and so access from street would need to be secured. Garage has Some asbestos. Electricity is connected and so is water to the garage. Water pipes on back of garage supply house. Steps adjacent to garage need to be maintained and handrail also maintained. Garage will be rebuilt next year, but has become unsafe to leave as is
