Baroda street house demolition

We have a 1950s era single level house partially elevated on 2m concrete foundations. Concrete floor and concrete walls up to the window sills, Timber construction from sills up and valley iron roof. Access is reasonable following relocation of existing power pole ( currently limiting width of driveway to that of a small truck) Area of house to be demolished will be approx 10m wide by 8.0m deep . Site to be prepped for new raft foundation slab. Likely start date will be beginning of summer. Possible asbestos shingles on two eaves will have been removed prior to demolition .
