Brick wall opening

Want to demo a non-load bearing internal brick / concrete wall with a plaster render / paint building in 1920's. Either the full wall could come out or cut to a height and timber jackstud / lintel put in place (min clear height of 2100mm). The overall opening shown on the photo is 2700mm to the ceiling and 2900mm wide, 100mm deep. Work is for demo only, all finishing, services removal (i.e existing switches etc) to be completed by others.
