Garage roof removal and concrete wall demo

We have a garage at our house that has a central wall. Currently the one garage is too small to use. Looking to get quotes to: Remove roof (unless this can be kept without central wall) Demolish central block/concrete wall (need to confirm whether this is structurally needed for retaining wall - back of garage) Dispose of all removed product Ideally the same contractor could then also quote to bring the floor levels to the same height Pictures attached
