Chimney removal - Brick

I am planning to remove brick chimney from our roof as we longer planning to use from next winter. The size of the chimney is 2.3 Height, 1.2 Wide and 00.40 Depth (attached pictures). Could you please give me a quote that how much will cost remove, take demolished chimney for dump and fix few tiles where there will be a hole after removing the chimney. The property is in Glendene, West Auckland and has easy access of vehicle and trailer etc.
