Easy Make Good Job - House basement

I have a job in Ranui, West Auckland that requires a make-good of a basement area back to one open space. This will include removal of two walls of an existing room plus toilet room walls, and some walls that have created another small space. Basically just opening up the whole ground floor back to one open basement space. Uplift and removal of carpet and underlay from the room mentioned above. Disposal of all materials, leaving the space clean and tidy. Anticipate one day of work should be sufficient. Work needs to be completed by Wednesday 5th Tuesday. Photos do not show the room with carpet that needs to have 2 walls and carpet removed.
