we have 3bed room house built in 1970 and a double garage with concrete slabs to be demolished anything removed from the house is for the person to keep. house has old reemu wood floor paneling

Highly unprofessional, problomatic does not have a concept of time and costs. started job great but let down big time. Caused additional costs because never finished his contract and that too way pass his scheduled time. A big let down him not removing esbestos from the property for ages had to ask him again again to remove then only he removed it.He took a job with our neighbours while working on our site cutting trees and dumped all the foilage from the trees on our site and happily left it.
