We are preparing our tiny house to be transported to a new site and require assistance dismantling an attached deck roof structure so both the roof and house can be relocated and reassembled. Structure details: Approx. 30m² timber-framed deck roof Clear twinwall polycarbonate roofing (screw-fixed) Timber posts, beams and rafters Constructed using a mix of bolts, brackets, nails and roofing screws Located adjacent to a towable tiny house Scope of work includes: Careful removal of twinwall polycarbonate sheets (to avoid damage for reuse) Disassembly of timber framing Unbolting / detaching roof structure from deck Removal of fixings as required Stacking materials neatly ready for transport Ensuring tiny house exterior remains undamaged during works This is not demolition – materials are to remain intact for reuse at the new site. Ideal for a qualified builder or experienced carpenter familiar with staged disassembly of timber structures and polycarbonate roofing systems.
