Chimney repair / removal

We had fire chimney specialists come in to remove our fireplace but had to cancel the job as they discovered our chimney is wobbly! possibly detached from the roof? we either need the chimney removed or re-tiled. We're not keeping the fireplace so the simplest way to resolve our issue so the risk of a wobbly chimney from falling through our roof one day is gone!

You'll quoting on removal of a 5.4m x 1.0m concrete - Creating a rectangle cut out approximate to the white concrete. Eventually, we'll line this with a border and turn this into an elevated garden box. I am no builder, but i assume you'll need at least 3 cuts, as the rear is abrubt an existing fence.
