Chimney Demolition and Make good

We are wanting our existing brick chimney demolished and the internal wall squared up to have a nice rectangle floor plan. Works include: Removal of gas flame effect fire place and flue - will be decommissioned by a plumber beforehand Demolition of internal wall linings around fire Removal of brick chimney Repair hole in roof (corrugated coloursteel) created by chimney Re-gib and plaster wall and extend lowered ceiling (see photos) to cover newly created gap. Install skirting boards along new wall. Wallpaper/paint newly formed wall (optional). Please see photos. Happy to discuss in more detail.
