We have a small (70 sqm) 1940s house with a rough basement area, which needs to be demolished and the site cleared ready for building. We have had an asbestos report done and there is approx 35sqm of asbestos fibrelite sheeting to be removed. We would like to retain the floorboards and some native timbers for use in the new house (not wanting to keep things like the window/french doors etc). Roof is concrete tiles, cladding is mostly weatherboard.
