Project Overview: We require complete demolition, vegetation clearance, retaining wall removal, and site preparation for a rebuild of a 3-bedroom rendered brick house in Forrest Hill. The scope must include: Full Demolition & Removal: Total removal of the house structure (rendered brick walls, roof, interior). Full extraction of the concrete foundation, footings, driveway, and all retaining walls Vegetation Removal: Clearance of all vegetation (trees, shrubs, grass, roots, stumps) across the property. Disposal or mulching of organic waste (state method in quote). Site Preparation: Ensure the site is fully cleared, stable, and excavation-ready (no remnants of structures, vegetation, or organic material). Timeline: Preferred start date: July 2024 (flexible pending availability). Completion required before excavation for the new build begins.
