Remove concrete chimney and header tank from ceiling

We would like a quote to remove our concrete chimney to the first floor level and the old Concrete header tank removed from the ceiling cavity. We are now on gas instantaneous hot water so it is no longer required. We would like the roof made good/water tight where the chimney is removed and all of the debris taken away.
