Garage Removal / Site Work
Job description
Skyline Garage (converted to a sleep out, approx 8m x 6m with an attached open carport) to be either de-constructed and removed or demolished and removed. Reasonable amount of items that can be salvaged - eg. aluminium joinery, shower, toilet, vanity, kitchen bench, external hot water cylinder, sky dish, gate. Other items: -The concrete pad would need to be demolished and removed. -A timber fence running across the middle of the section which separates the main house from the sleep needs to be dismantled - we would like the palings to remain on site as we may utilise them at a later date. - A small garden shed and washing line removed - The timber deck and steps attached to the front of the main house (this house is being picked up and re-located on the section) - Two concrete steps at the back of the main house Please advise timeline for when available to do the work. We would meet chosen contractor onsite to review job. Would initially like indicative quote from interested parties.

LeVela Deconstruction have just completed a garage / sleep out, concrete demolition for us. I can't speak highly enough about them. Alex and Dylan were a pleasure to deal with right from the outset. Aside from being genuinely nice guys, their communication skills are exceptional and they are committed to getting the job done. We couldn't be happier with the end result and will use them again in a heartbeat.
