Grass clearing and removal - knee high unmowed for a long time

the fence will be removed and the rubbish will be cleared BEFORE you get there. This grass is too long to mow unless you have a tractor or industrial mower (there is good access) - otherwise it will need to be done with a bladed trimmer. All grass needs to be removed from site.
