cladding removal and demolition

Old shearer's cottage measuring approx. 8 x 3 metres needs fibrolite cladding removed. Some sheets have been broken from stock impact. Not tested for asbestos yet. Feels like asbestos and shed is from that era. Steel roof, framework and floor are beyond repair. Full demolition is required. Chimney can stay on property. Power is disconnected. Both jobs could be combined if it suits contractor. Access OK for small to medium truck.
