Pizza oven removal/fence repair

I need a concrete pizza oven removed and the fence behind it repaired. Oven is sitting close to a retaining wall and ground is subsiding. This has caused the fence to come away and the concrete in front of the oven is breaking up and moving. I am concerned that the wall will give way and everything will end up in the neighbours back yard. Fence is currently being held in place by the neighbours shed. There is a 4/5 foot drop into neighbouring section... I suspect this has been ongoing for some years but is now escalating and needs attention asap.
