Offering up to $100++ (depending on your skill set) for someone experienced to come view my property and give professional advice- just want a look around & general chat first. 130sqm house- looking for someone who can advise on demolition and confirm that it’s the best option for my house built in 1930’s, currently slipping down a bank & cracks/gaps expanding. A demolition quote would be ideal- cheaper the better. Also any solid advice on what I can do with the rest of the 1900sqm of land is welcome, I would love another set of eyes / different perspective 👍🏼 Someone with experience in demolition, rebuilding, landscaping, developing, property market & financial advice.
