Plasterboards stripping, partial deconstruction

Remove plasterboards, gib, fibre cement boards from walls and ceilings; insulation bats from the ceiling without damaging frames. Partial roof demolition – all of the corrugated iron sheets, most of the trusses but not all, some of the framing. Half the frames (rimu) should stay intact. Approx 3 bedrooms and bathroom. All external cladding has been already removed/gone. Require careful demolition / deconstruction skills.
