Chimney removal (internal brick chimney)

2 story internal brick chimney to be taken down. The chimney finishes half way through the second storey and then converts to a metal flu running out of the roof. The job requires the flu to be retained in position and fastened to existing wood framework, and then then Chimney dismantled brick by brick from the top, dropping the bricks down the chimney. I will be there for the job to assist by removing the bricks once they are dropped down the chimney shaft. Access to the mid point of the chimney will be by tight access up the external base of the chimney for the first 2metres, thereafter there is a massive roof space to work in. Removal of bricks offsite not critical.
