1. relocate 1 internal door 2. demo 3 existing internal walls and add new timber beams to support ceiling joists 3. remove existing slider, fill in. add new french door (door TBD) 4. new internal non load bearing walls My house is 1940's. Lathe and Plaster ceiling. Conc roof tile. Some internal walls are L&P, some are GIB. All framing is timber. I have yet to select french door but feel free to add that cost too. Don't worry about wall linings.
