Demolish house / retaining wall / subdivide

We are investigating the feasibility and all costs associated with this project. There is a small plaster clad house to be demolished and a concrete driveway (approx 20 meters) with a single free standing garage also be demolished. The section is 33 meters long, level at the road end with a gradual drop to approx 1.2 meters at the far end, to be retained. The section is to be divided into 2x properties, changing one into a different street address, as this property is on a street corner.
