Demolition / removal of shed
Job description
We've got an old garden shed that needs to be demolished and/or removed, approx. 2 x 2.3m in size. There is no foundation / slab or anything, it's just sitting on some bits of timber straight on the ground (it was moved off its original slab to the current location to make room for other work a while ago). The shed is on the back part of our section, so there is no access for machinery. I expect the pieces / rubble will need to be carried or wheelbarrowed around the side of the house to the driveway for removal (the grade is smooth enough so wheelbarrow access is straightforward). All rubbish to be removed as part of the job and the site to be left tidy.

Nella was quick to initiate contact and came by to work out a quote for the job on the same day. Once I approved the quote he was back with his boys the next day at the agreed time to do the job, which they got sorted in about 3 hours. They did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves as well, including picking up even small bits of cement board from the grass. Very happy with the job, I wouldn't hesitate to use Nella / TL Builders again if the opportunity presents itself.
