Demo + removal of carport conversion

Previous owners filled in the carport to create another room and we now want this completely removed. It is not consented and is in pretty bad shape. It isnt very well constructed and isnt very water tight. The outside cladding of the house is fine, and the door to this room is the original backdoor with cover and a step up. We just want it completely gone - we will look at car port options at a later date. This is purely a demo job, however you will need to be able to do this safely and turn off / remove any power that has been wired to the room (cables are basically run down the wall). If you cant do this thats fine, we can get a sparky in. Any connection points to the house filled We are very keen to get this priced up and done within the next month.
