Remove shelving and sink from shed

We have a old concrete block shed that has well-built wooden shelving in it, a hot water cylinder cupboard and an old concrete double sink (the shed used to be a shared laundry for the block of flats). The plumbing is no longer connected.
We would like to remove everything, so we can set the shed up to be used for storage.
I would like to put the old concrete washing sink unit in the garden.
The reminder of the rubbish would need to be removed.

"Lotu did an excellent job - clearing out the shelving and old water cylinder in our shed, and even removing the extra pipework. He was quick, cleaned up after himself, and was really pleasant to work with.
Lotu also replaced a venetian blind with a roller blind for us and showed care and attention to detail."
