Running cables into a wall for a new TV

I currently have a 100" project and I am about to order a 100" TV to replace it. I need to run some cables inside a wall for when the TV arrives. I also have two front height speakers that need to be put inside the wall. Hoping can do this with minimal cutting of the wall.

I have purchased the brush covers for the TV cables and the PDL600 architrave plates and wall plates for the speakers so it's labour only required.

I have attached some initial construction photos so you can see where the cables/insulation is and then a picture of the room with screen.
