Small Network config and setup

Just need someone who can config our new buiness, everything is installed, attempt to do this myself , but cannot seem to get the epson receipt printers to assign static IP on netconfig, 3x printers , 2x eftpos , 2x POS , 2x tills, a switch that is all set up and just need the TP link cloud controller set up correctly. Also public Wifi . All is done but need the finishing touches of configuration.
