We are in a large house and we want to get a cable run through our roof to the back part of the house. We are looking at getting the $30 cable from Harvey Norman (as per the picture) and threading it through the ceiling. 30 metres should be more than enough. As per the picture of the floor plan... 1 - Where our main Mesh Deco modem X50 is located. It's wired straight out of one of the data points. There is a spare data point that is wired back to #2... 2 - Netselect cabinet - the ethernet cable that is from the spare data point is in here 3 - Firewall between the 2 units - there are a couple of cables running through here already from when the house was built (2016) 4 - A second Netselect cabinet 5 - A data point where we want to install a second X50 I may be wrong, but I think this is the best way of doing it
