Cat5e phone wiring conversion to Ethernet for home office

Our house was built in 2005 which includes CAT5e cable runs around the house to various phone jacks, all connecting to a Hubbell wiring cabinet in the garage. I'm wanting to convert some of these phone jacks to ethernet ports so that I am able to give my upstairs home office a gigabit ethernet connection. Connect telephone & TV in patch panel

The cables in my garage patch panel were uncrimped when I moved in. I crimped the RJ45 cables myself and internet works but I haven’t had any success with RJ12 telephone or F59 TV and my cables are getting shorter with each attempt. Most likely I’m just bad at crimping F59 and need someone to do it for me. I don’t know why I can’t get telephone to work though and need someone to investigate.

Several random jobs for new house

What the new house needs is: 1) install a digital lock on the front door 2) more the router from the garage ONT box to the living room. I think there is an old roughly cut cable in place, but am not sure. 3) find out what’s happening with the TV aerials. Seems none work 4) move the TV lower on the wall. Needs a bit of timber to change the bracket around. Also, remove a load of useless cables
