Power for a Gaming Console Cabinet

I am planning to set up a cabinet with up to 8 gaming consoles (currently five). Right now I would have to plug in approximately 15 devices.

I want to set up a hub multi box at the back with eight outlets. Each outlet will be a “sub circuit” with a four plug multi box to run each console and any related accessories. Each “sub circuit” can be turned on or off from the front of the cabinet using a button.

This lets me have potentially up to 30 devices plugged in, but shouldn’t overload the hub multi box by having everything on at once.

I have attached three pictures. One is an example of the hub multi box with each plug able to be turned on or off individually. I would need it (or one like it) to be modified so that each switch for each plug is a long line with a touch button switch so that the hub port can be turned on and off without having to climb behind the cabinet. I would attach these to the cabinetry myself. I also drew a poor picture of my idea.

This needs to not overload the hub if one (or two) of each sub circuits is on, and it needs to be certified and safe.
