Help with fixing smart switches

Looking for an electrician with some familiarity with smart switches and home automation. We have some Aeotec Nano Dimmer switches installed between the lights and a normal manual switch, and after a power cut in December they stopped working.

Looking for an electrician to:
a) Assist me in getting them working again, if possible or
b) if they are fried, removing them and wiring the lights back to the normal switch again.

I am happy to be on site to explain the product and the setup and to be on hand to assist with debugging. Imagine it will take 1-2 hours max.
