Ring Wired Doorbell

I have an exciting intercom which I want to replace with a Ring Doorbell. The intercom has a display which powers the doorbell camera. There will need to be some rewiring, plastering and painting as I want to remove the display and get the doorbell camera to go to my DVR on the second story. There are limited roof space but there are a human presence sensor close to the doorbell which runs to the DVR.
