Fix damaged optic fiber (re-splice)

A chorus fiber modem was slightly moved (within the same wall). Unfortunately, the optic fiber cable was over-bent and the modem doesn't see the optical connection any longer. I know I can log a request with Chorus... but I'd rather avoid doing so, knowing how slow and expensive they are.
