Internet Wiring for Rooms

Need to install internet connections from Router in Family Room (Ground Floor) to other areas in the house on same level and first floor level. Ample space under house for wiring on ground floor and roof space on level 1 with access. Other option is to provide good mesh system for Wi-Fi as current mesh still has dead spots/poor wifi in 3 of the areas/rooms
