Install Cat6 Ethernet Cabling from Router to Home Office #2

I'm seeking quotes from anyone with experience in data cabling and home networking to discreetly run two Cat6 Ethernet cables from my router in the living room to my home office. Ideally, I would like the cables to terminate in the home office as two wall-mounted (or floor-mounted) Ethernet ports, allowing my PC and server to connect directly to the router. There is underfloor access via the basement (although the area beneath the home office is more of a crawl space). There is also loft access via the bathroom. I’m open to suggestions on the best, most discreet route for the cabling. Please note: the home has wood/lino flooring, so cables cannot be hidden beneath carpet. The picture shows the location of the router in the living room and where I want to be able to connect devices in the home office.

"Bevan did a fantastic job in installing two Ethernet cables under the floor. The job was completed quickly and with a minimum of fuss by Bevan and his colleague and he charged a really good price too. We'd definitely use Telsys Communications in a heartbeat, and we'd recommend them to anyone."
