We have just had fibre connected at our new house and want to have the TV's set up to stream through ethernet rather than wifi. There are several ethernet connections throughout the house but our TV doesn't seem to detect it when we connect it. We have a standard spark modem and a new wifi one that we had to use until the fibre was installed. The enable guy wasn't very helpful and said we could plug the modem into any of the ethernet ports in the house but that didn't seem to work either.
We also have a home theatre system that we need some assistance with too.

"Costs shown on the Builderscrack profile did not align with the charged price. Profile stated $130 per hour including call out, travel time etc but he charged for an extra hour although he was only onsite for less than one hour. He reduced it slightly when I questioned it."

"I’m sorry you were unhappy and would like to clarify again. My pricing was clearly stated on my Builderscrack profile prior to booking: Call-out and first hour (including travel, on-site time, and admin) Although on-site time was 1 hour total, The total job included travel, fault finding, and compliance admin. A 30-minute labour reduction was offered as a goodwill gesture, If you feel the matter has been resolved, I would genuinely appreciate your consideration in updating the review."
