Ethernet cables

I need the 3 existing cables to be changed to ethernet cables so the Fibre installer can plug them in when he comes to install my Fibre box. The Fibre installer also needs to know which cable leads to which ethernet port in my existing power points, so he would like the 3 cables labeled too.
