Curtain bracket and rail installation

I'm having some trouble installing new brackets and track for my curtains. There were existing brackets but over time bent and became crooked under the strain of the curtains. We have tried to patch up the old holes and drill new ones but seem to be having the same issues again getting them straight. Its very high up so maybe we just need a professional. I should have all the brackets, screws, track and existing curtains that you need.
