Blind installation

Hi there! A large blind in our apartment (covering a floor-to-ceiling door and window onto the balcony) has fallen down. We had it repaired but the roller has come out again. We would like to replace it with two smaller blinds, which we will think might work better as they will be lighter. You will need to identify the right size of blind and install fittings so that the blinds can be attached. We are also hoping you could renew the silicone around the toilet and bathroom basin while you are there! We are in the apartment most weeks but guests also use it. You can access the apartment using a key in the lock box. We would appreciate a quote before you do the work - thanks. Sarah
