Broken slats - needing repair urgently

Thermal blind repair

Hi, we have one thermal blind where the string is very tight and stuck. I pulled it very hard to open the blind and it did not open but instead fell off the wall. The fittings are still attached to the window frame. The string needs repair to loosen and the blind needs to be put back up on the window frame.

Our curtain rail has fallen off the wall. Ideally the mounting brackets can be replaced and the existing rail can be reused. However, I am not an expert and this may not be possible. Please see photos. The straight line distance from farther bracket to farther bracket is 3.25 metres.
